I've use this many times and it works great. So, you can maximize the window to get a larger recording video size, and even stretch it out over multiple monitors. The size of the recording will be the size of the BI windows your viewing. You can also switch cameras to change audio. It will also record the audio if a camera is selected. Finally, initiate the Game Bar recording via Windows+Alt+R, and again to stop recording. Start the playback about 10 seconds before you want to start recording I leave the PTZ control visible and sometimes the time bar because it a good effect for time, and people are impressed. So, if I do the above math on the “red” (10 FPS) camera, I will basically get the same storage requirement as for the 15FPS camera.
